For visitors
Ypäjä Equine College offers a variety of flexible accommodation options to ensure that we can provide you with the perfect solution. Whether your travel group is large or small, and whether you need accommodation for a short or extended stay, we have the ideal option for you.
Childcare facilities are available at Opistohalli and the Sports Area at Ajomestari.
Accessible toilet facilities can be found at Ypäjähalli and Opistohalli.
Dogs are welcome at the Equine Institute, but they must be kept on a leash at all times.
Be cautious in busy areas so as not to disturb other visitors, exhibitors, and competitors. We also kindly ask all visitors to clean up after their dogs and dispose of any waste in the designated bins.
Do not leave dogs unattended in vehicles.
During events, visitors can enjoy refreshments and delicious meals.
At the Equine College’s outdoor events, food is available at the following points:
Ajomestari – Loimijoki Golf Café at the show venue
Open daily throughout the competition. Coffee, sandwiches, sweet pastries, hot dogs, lunch soup, ice cream, and more.
Grillimestari
Serving meat, chicken, and vegetarian burgers, sausage & fries, and soft drinks. Grillimestari is located in the red barn at the end of the Black Horse Arena.
Restaurant Ratamestari
A covered terrace offering soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Located behind the Derby arena. Also serves meals for staff.
At indoor events, visitors are served by the cafés in the Ypäjä-halli and Opistohalli indoor arenas, as well as coffee and snack vending machines available 24/7 in the Opistohalli lobby.
Lost items during the competition can be inquired about at the show office.
After the event, the items will be delivered to the accommodation reception at Opistohalli, where they will be kept for one month.
Depending on the event, the audience is offered a complimentary digital program, which can be obtained on a smartphone by scanning the QR code at the competition venue or alternatively through the link available on the website.
All summer 2025 events at the Equine College have free admission.
During Finnderby (NBECH) and the Suomenratsujen Kuninkaalliset, parking at the racetrack is subject to a fee. More information can be found on the event pages.
Toilets are available throughout the Equine Gollege's area. For the public, restroom facilities can be found in Ypäjä-halli, Equibalans-halli, Opistohalli, and Ajomestari, as well as portable toilets on the competition grounds.
Showers are available in Ypäjä-halli.
