Markus Scharmann
Markus Scharmann works as the director at the German Olympic Committee’s equestrian training and education center in Warendorf, where he is responsible for professional training and collaboration with the German Equestrian Federation. Scharmann holds qualifications as a rider (Bereiter) and a master instructor. In addition to his work, he rides and trains young horses. Scharmann is also the chairman of the Equestrian Educational Network (EEN), a European network of equestrian educational institutions.
