Ypäjä Equine College and Anu Sironen Sign a Partnership Agreement
Ypäjä Equine College and dressage rider Anu Sironen have signed a partnership agreement. Through this agreement, the Equine College will support Sironen in her goal of competing internationally and improving her performance towards top-level championships.
In recent years, Sironen has trained in England under top coaches Kyra Kyrklund and Richard White. Now, she has returned to Ypäjä, where her training continues in the high-quality facilities of the Equine College. Additionally, Sironen is part of the newly formed Team Palapeli training group, which focuses on the rider’s overall development. In addition to sport-specific training, the group emphasizes physical and mental well-being, with Kyrklund and White bringing their expertise from the international elite.
Sironen has been based in Ypäjä since 2001, and all three of her Grand Prix-level horses —Fioretto, Fiori Weltino, and San Quelle — are FWB horses bred in Ypäjä. She personally bred and trained them, and they have competed on international circuits across Europe.
Fioretto has already achieved the qualification scores for the 2025 European Championships, while San Quelle is remembered for winning the Pohjola Grand Tour in 2021. Looking ahead, the goal is to further strengthen both the horses’ and the rider’s success on the international stage.
Ypäjä Equine College is excited about this partnership and looks forward to the achievements ahead!
