Accommodation

The stable is available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed with the reception. Horses must be accommodated in the assigned stalls, and any stall changes should always be coordinated with the stable manager or reception.

The stall should be cleaned and vacated by 1:00 PM on the day of departure.

We publish the stall lists here. If you do not want your name to be published on the stall list, please inform us via email at reception@hevosopisto.fi. The stall lists are updated at the latest on the morning of the arrival day, so please check your stall location before you arrive.

All our stalls have peat bedding (wood chip bedding is available with a prior reservation and an additional fee of €20). Please mention any specific requests in the info field of the stall reservation.

Please remove all manure, wet bedding, and hay from the stall. For stalls that are not cleaned properly after use, we will charge €50 per stall plus a €10 billing fee to the person who made the reservation.

If you wish to keep the stall until the evening of the departure day (€20), please contact reception@hevosopisto.fi.

In the Hevosopisto stables, please follow the stable rules and general safety guidelines for the area. Note that the owner is always responsible for the horse during the stay, and Hevosopisto is not responsible for any horse injuries or illnesses.

Reservation Confirmation:

• The reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Required Information:

• When making a reservation, please provide the following information:

• Name (guardian's information for those under 18)
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Arrival and departure times
• For stall reservations, also provide the horse's name, gender, and location code.
• For electrical hook-up reservations, provide the car's registration number and size.

Last-Minute Arrivals:

• If you are arriving within less than 24 hours, please make reservations via email at reception@hevosopisto.fi. Include your contact information, arrival and departure dates, and guest names when making the reservation. Reservations will be confirmed via email.

Cancellation Policy:

• Individual customer room or stall reservations can be canceled without charge until 12:00 PM on the business day preceding the arrival date.
• Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay per cancellation.
• No-show reservations (where the guest does not arrive) will be charged the cost of one night's stay per reservation.
• All cancellations and changes to reservations must be made by email to reception@hevosopisto.fi.

Booking System Cancellations:

• If you make a cancellation through the online booking system, please note that upon successful cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email."

• Payment for accommodation reservations is required upon booking through Hevosopisto's online reservation system.
• For on-site purchases at the Opistohalli reception, both cash and card payments are accepted.
• Please note that a handling fee of €10.00 may apply for processing and billing.

In case of illness, a full refund will be issued if you provide an approved doctor's or veterinarian's certificate within two working days of the cancellation.
